From Drama to Crisis...

Three months ago, we suspended our theatre programme and repurposed the OSO as a Crisis Kitchen, supporting those in need in our community. An astonishing 10,000 meals later, with the peak of the crisis hopefully behind us, the project has now come to an end.

Huge thanks to the volunteer Crisis Kitchen team, the financial backing of the Barnes Fund and the Council as well as your private donations, and the fabulous local businesses who have assisted with food supplies.

Meanwhile, your support for the OSO Food Bank, running alongside the Crisis Kitchen, has been overwhelming, with four tonnes of donations collected.

Although the collection point at the OSO has now closed, the food bank operates year-round. Please continue to support this important project by taking your donations direct to:

...The OSO Pop-Up Café and Bar...

The best place to spend Summer in Barnes is on the green outside the OSO. Our pop-up café and bar opens Wednesday to Sunday with impromptu weekend entertainment.

... From Crisis back to Drama!

We are now planning to reopen our doors with a new arts programme in September and look forward to welcoming you back. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to find out about our Autumn season.

In the meantime, you can continue to enjoy the fabulous lockdown content created for our online platform, The House is Now Open.
