Barnaut Grande Réserve Brut Grand Cru Bouzy NV

Bright Side is a 5.4% pale ale that's dry hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Really bright, refreshing and tropical which is perfect for sunny days and balmy nights.

 

Interfusion is a 5.4% Fruited Gose*. With the additions of Himalayan pink salt, lactose and coriander seeds, this beer has a bright, refreshing flavour. Combining the kettle souring and the 108g/l of Raspberry puree, expect a tart, sour experience. £5.50

 

*gose beer – pronounced “goze-uh” – you may be wondering what it is. This specialist brew has a long history, but it’s only recently come to prominence amongst craft beer aficionados. It is a light wheat beer and fruited with the addition of fruit puree, in this case raspberry.
