Yoga Classes by Sweta Bahri
Bahri is a certified yoga instructor. She leads group sessions and one to one sessions. Group classes are aimed at building core strength through strenuous and challenging poses along with yogic philosophy to help you practice yoga off the mat. One to one sessions are for weight loss, to build core strength, to recover from injuries or to have that one hour of solace and peace.
Drawing from Still Life, Urban and Rural Landscape with RHACC
This course aims to encourage you to explore ways of drawing with joy and confidence, while acquiring expertise. Various techniques and approaches will be looked at in detail and suitable exercises will be offered. The course will benefit students with no or some previous experience who wish to practise and develop their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
