The Core Pilates offers an elevated Pilates experience in the heart of Barnes, with expertly guided classes tailored to every level—from complete beginners building foundational strength, to intermediate clients refining their technique, and advanced movers seeking dynamic, challenging flows. Rooted in the classical principles of Joseph Pilates, our sessions focus on precision, control, and breath to develop a strong, balanced, and flexible body. With a highly personalised approach and close attention to detail, each class is delivered in an intimate setting, offering intelligent movement for those who value quality, care, and lasting results.

Core Body
A dynamic mat Pilates class that enhances the principles of traditional Pilates with a modern twist. -
Core Sculpt
An intermediate-level class designed to strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, build strength, boost endurance, and improve balance and coordination. -
Core Flow
A gentle, beginner-friendly class with a focus on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement—ideal for building confidence and refining your technique.

All classes are taught by Alice Ross, a Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor. Alice’s teaching focuses on holistic movement, functional strength, and individualised progress. Her goal is to support and challenge each participant, helping you feel good after every session—and inspiring you to keep moving.
