TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Except for cancelled performances, we regret that, once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded although we may try and exchange them for you if possible and subject to the conditions regarding exchange set out below.
If you are unable to use your ticket, we would be happy to honour your booking if you would like to give or sell your ticket to a friend. However, please ensure that they know the name of the original ticketholder, and ideally that they bring the confirmation email with them.
Covid-19: Book with confidence. If your performance is cancelled or COVID-19 regulations prevent you from attending, we will offer you a full refund.
At our discretion, and subject strictly to availability, we will exchange tickets for another performance of the same production only. Tickets must be exchanged at least two clear days before the date of the performance of either the original date of the production or the one you to which you wish to swap, whichever is the earlier. Please call the box office or email email@example.com.
We are unable to reserve tickets without payment.
