Non Members T&C
Except for cancelled performances, we regret that, once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. However, you have the option of passing your ticket onto a friend - see below.
Pass to a friend
If you are unable to use your ticket, we would be happy to honour your booking if you would like to pass your ticket onto a friend. However, please forward to them your original confirmation email and ensure that they know the name in which the booking has been made.
We are unable to reserve tickets without payment.
Membership Terms & Conditions
10% discount on tickets
This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
Annual membership: start and finish date
Membership commences on the day the annual subscription is paid and will automatically terminate one year later unless it is renewed.
Purchase of membership
Membership must be purchased via the OSO website.
OSO Theatre Membership - Two-Person Discount
The two-membership discount can be taken out by any two people; it is not limited to two people from the same household. For the discount to apply, both memberships must be purchased at the same time via the OSO website. One of the memberships must be purchased as a 'gift'.
Members’ events will be offered at least once every season (Autumn, Spring and Summer).
Patrons’ events will be offered at least once a year.
Acknowledgment of Patrons
Patrons will automatically be acknowledged on our website and in our seasonal programme unless you inform us that you wish to remain anonymous.
Young Person’s Membership
Applicants must be under 26 on the day of joining. They and their guests may be asked to show ID when attending events.
